Since our founding in 2003, GroupEAD has been driven by a clear purpose: offering centralised European AIS Database services on behalf of EUROCONTROL. What began as an idea grew into something more: GroupEAD established itself over the years into an excellent EAD and AIM Training Academy as well as a Consultant in AIM/AIS in Europe and worldwide:

While this chapter is coming to a closure, with the successful handover of the operational services of the European AIS Database to EUROCONTROL on January 16, 2026, the relationships, lessons, and achievements will carry forward. We look back to 25 successful years of GroupEAD with pride and gratitude, and we move forward with respect for everyone who helped make GroupEAD what it was.
